In our institute we are working on that every kind guest fell themselves like in their home, enjoy the time what they spend in our gym, furthermore reach their aim as soon as possible. The fitness center provides the latest in cardiovascular and weight training equipment, as well as a full stuff of personal trainers who will develop a customized workout for you to achieve all of your fitness goals. In addition our guests can choose among various group exercise classes and participate in group or private swimming classes.

We demand the best from our personal trainers, so they can demand the best from you. Our personal trainers have to meet high standards of excellence in exercise physiology, nutrition, anatomy, training program development, exercise application, health screening, and fitness assessments.
Our Cross Training room provides you all the facilities for a personalized and functional training program. The room is equipped with TRX, kettlebell, fit ball, monkey bar and other important tools for an efficient exercise.
We suggest you to use the equipments with a personal trainer or during a group fitness class to avoid any injury.
Group & Private Swimming
Swimming is not only one of the best sports, but it is also a really enjoyable exercise for both children and adults!
We hold regularly group swimming classes on beginner, intermediate and advanced level for children between the age of 4 and 14. Maximum 8 children can be in each group for the faster improvement.
You want to start swimming? Or you still need some practice? Our private swimming lessons are for both children and adults with maximum 2 participants.
Swimming lesson: 45 min.
FINNISH SAUNA & STEAM BATH
TEMPERATURE: 80 – 90 °C
PROPOSED RESIDENCE: 6 – 8 MINUTES
Sauna has numerous benefits on our health:

TEMPERATURE: 50-55 °C
PROPOSED RESIDENCE: 10-15 MINUTES
Steam bathing gives a lot of benefits:
- It gives you a soothing and relaxing effect most especially after a hard day’s work.
- It relaxes your muscles
- It relieves joint pains and other body pains.
- It can facilitate weight loss.
- It helps your body releasing toxins and other negative energies.
- It also regulates and stimulates the flow of your blood and makes your metabolism work faster.
- It makes your skin look fresh, young and healthy.
*Please keep in mind that the sauna is is not recommended for cardiovascular disease sufferers!
- Always follow the recommended tanning time for your skin
- Remove your make-up before tanning.
- Compliance with the proposed 48-hour break between the sessions each day.
- Some drugs may cause abnormal skin reaction
- Be sure to remove all jewellery.
- Tanning glasses with UV-filter is recommended to wear.
- Do not use contact lenses while tanning.
